To better assist you in finding your perfect puppy, we’d love to learn a bit more about you. Please share some details about yourself, your experience with pets, and your living situation. Let us know your preferences regarding size, color, gender, and generation of the puppy you’re seeking. If you are interested in a particular puppy or several, feel free to mention that in your application as well. Most importantly, tell us what qualities you’re looking for in your new furry family member.
When you reach out, please include your name, phone number, and email address. We will respond as quickly as possible to your inquiry. For any urgent questions or concerns, feel free to call, email, or text us anytime! Please note that if you contact us after 8 p.m., we’ll get back to you the following day.

Deposit Guidelines for Your New Puppy
We’re thrilled that you’re considering adding a Universe Goldendoodle to your family!
To hold your preferred puppy, we kindly require a $500 deposit. Once your deposit is made, your chosen puppy will be reserved just for you and will be taken off our website. The deposit will hold the puppy until you are ready to pick them up, typically within 5 days. If you need more time, we ask for a boarding fee of $20 per day.
If you’re a serious buyer and want to meet the puppy first, you’re welcome to come visit without a deposit. However, please understand that there is no guarantee the puppy will still be available if another buyer reserves them first.
Please note that while deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable to another puppy if there is a significant reason and if the new puppy is available. You’ll have a full year to use your deposit toward another delightful companion! If you don’t select a puppy within the year, unfortunately, the deposit will no longer be valid.
For your convenience, we accept payments through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at no additional fee. If you choose to make a payment through our website or with a credit card, please be aware that there is a 3% processing fee.
